How we handle your personal data.

What we collect when you enquire about a sign, why we hold it, and the rights the Personal Data Protection Act gives you.

1. Who controls your data

Thai Prasith Signtech Company Limited, 304,324 Wongwian 22 Karakkada Rd. Khwaeng Pom Prap, Khet Pom Prap Sattru Phai, Bangkok 10100, is the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), called the PDPA on this page. 2. What we collect

Only what a sign job actually needs:

Your name, your business name and your role

Phone number, LINE ID and email address

Site address or district, and access notes for the crew

Artwork files, site photos, measurements and drawings you send us

Quotation, invoice, tax invoice and payment records

Website usage data collected through cookies, if you consent to them

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Under the PDPA every use needs a basis. Ours are:

Preparing and following up a quotation, as steps taken before a contract

Designing, fabricating and installing your sign, as performance of a contract

Applying for building and district sign permission on your behalf, as performance of a contract

Keeping tax and accounting records, as a legal obligation under the Revenue Code

Answering a warranty or maintenance call and defending a claim, as our legitimate interest

Sending occasional service reminders, on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not trade contact lists.

Subcontracted lift, crane and scaffold operators, and licensed electricians, when your job needs them

Juristic person committees, building owners and Bangkok Metropolitan Administration district offices, when a sign permit is applied for

Courier, print and vinyl suppliers, limited to what a delivery needs

Our accountant, our auditor and the Revenue Department

A court, the police or a regulator where Thai law requires it

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after twelve months. Job records, drawings, engineering calculations and handover photos are kept for ten years, because a structure we built stays our responsibility. Accounting and tax records are kept for at least five years as the Revenue Code requires.

6. Sending data outside Thailand

Our email and file storage are cloud services that may hold data on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens we use providers with data protection standards recognised under the PDPA, or we rely on the necessity of performing our contract with you.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

You can ask us to:

Give you access to your data and a copy of it

Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete

Delete data we no longer have a basis to hold

Restrict or suspend our use of it

Stop a use that relies on legitimate interest

Send your data to another controller in a machine readable form

Withdraw a consent you gave earlier

Write to support@tpsigntech.com. We answer within thirty days, free of charge for a first request.

8. How we keep it safe

Files sit in access controlled accounts, paper drawings stay in a locked workshop office, and staff are briefed on the PDPA before they handle client files. If a breach is likely to create a high risk to your rights, we notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee within seventy two hours and tell you as well.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, Bangkok. Complaining to the regulator does not affect your right to go to court.
