A photo of the wall, a rough width and your opening date. That is usually enough for a first number.
Stand across the road and take one wide photo. It tells us the fascia width, the power position and what the neighbours already have up.
AI, EPS or PDF is ideal. A JPG from a menu can work, but we may need to redraw it, and that adds a day.
If the date is tight, say so first. It changes the build we recommend, not just the schedule.
